Role Overview :

As an AI ML Engineer at T D Newton, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build, train, and deploy machine learning models, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLMs. Your work will directly impact the performance and scalability of our AI-powered financial platforms, contributing to improved decision-making and enhanced customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, particularly those leveraging Generative AI and LLMs, to address complex business problems within the financial domain.

- Build and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines for model training and inference, ensuring data quality and reliability.

- Collaborate with data scientists to experiment with different algorithms and techniques, optimizing model performance and accuracy.

- Develop and deploy RESTful APIs using FastAPI to expose machine learning models as services for internal and external consumption.

- Monitor model performance in production, identify areas for improvement, and implement retraining strategies to maintain accuracy and relevance.

- Contribute to the development of best practices for machine learning engineering, including model versioning, testing, and deployment.

- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and frameworks, identifying opportunities to improve our existing solutions and develop new products.

Required Skillset :


- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Proven ability to build and deploy RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like Claude.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
