- AI/ML Development : Design, develop, and implement machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models to solve real-world business problems.

- Model Training & Optimization : Develop and optimize training pipelines for NLP, Computer Vision, and other AI/ML tasks.

- End-to-End ML Pipeline : Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Cloud Deployment : Lead the deployment of AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.

- Innovation & Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML, exploring new tools and technologies that can be leveraged for company projects.

- Leadership (Lead Role) : Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, ensuring the team adheres to best practices in AI/ML development.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Experience : 9-12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Generative AI techniques.

- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- In-depth experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience in building and optimizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.

- Experience in model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring models are production-ready.

Education :

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees (Masters, PhD) are a plus
