About The Role.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI/ML Engineer with 58 years of expertise in Predictive ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in next-gen AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Engineering: Build AI/ML and GenAI-powered solutions tailored to customer needs.

- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy ML, deep learning, and LLM-based models.

- Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI/GenAI/Agentic AI advancements.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI solution development.

- Deployment & Scaling: Implement scalable, production-grade AI systems in cloud environments.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters in CS, AI/ML, or Data Science.

- 58 years of experience in ML, DL, and LLMs.

- Proven expertise in Generative AI: prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), and RAG pipelines.

- Hands-on with Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, AgentForce).

- Cloud expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP GenAI services.

- Strong SQL skills and experience building ETL/data pipelines.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
