Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Generative AI

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, with a focus on Agentic AI systems and conversational agents

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)

- Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and integrating AI systems into production environments

- Build and maintain ML pipelines, data workflows, and support MLOps and model lifecycle management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, developers, product managers) to deliver AI solutions

- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and ensure adherence to AI/ML best practices

- Engage with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and manage delivery expectations

- Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and ethical compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software development with significant exposure to AI/ML project delivery

- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and LLMs

- Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents or conversational systems

- Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.

- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and AI system integration

- Solid understanding of data engineering workflows, MLOps, and model lifecycle management

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Agentic AI deployment in enterprise workflows

- Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Familiarity with AI ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance in ML deployments
