About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and intelligent systems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions that power critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

- Develop robust data processing pipelines and feature engineering workflows using Python.

- Collaborate with data engineers to manage large-scale datasets and ensure high-quality data for model training.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments (on-prem or cloud).

- Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and tools.

- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI/ML development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

- 5 - 8 years of experience in AI/ML development using Python.

- Strong proficiency in machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.

- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using NumPy, pandas, and SQL.

- Solid understanding of ML model lifecycle from data collection to deployment.

- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker).

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI model deployment.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).

- Knowledge of computer vision, time-series forecasting, or recommendation systems.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML projects.

- Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects or publications.
