Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for solving complex business problems.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, NLP, and scalable model deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and AI models for business applications.

- Build predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, and forecasting.

- Develop and optimize Deep Learning models using neural networks for computer vision, NLP, and generative AI use cases.

- Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, chatbot development, and LLM integration.

- Implement Generative AI / LLM solutions including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and embeddings.

- Build scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and convert requirements into technical solutions.

- Monitor model performance, retrain models, and optimize inference pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI model development and deployment.

- Experience with production-grade AI systems and scalable architectures.
