Role : AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build, train, and optimize AI models that drive innovation and improve user experiences. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment to production environments.

- Develop and evaluate machine learning models using techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to solve specific business problems.

- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, model compression, and other optimization techniques to ensure efficient and accurate predictions.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into existing applications and services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Monitor and maintain deployed models, tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected in real-world scenarios.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Proven experience in building and optimizing machine learning pipelines for large-scale datasets using tools like Hadoop and Spark.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning architectures, and their applications to various business problems.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore.
