As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, primarily focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning applications. Your day-to-day will involve designing, building, and optimizing AI models, integrating them into existing systems, and collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers. You will contribute directly to enhancing our products and services, impacting user experience and driving significant business outcomes through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, leveraging LLMs and deep learning techniques, to address complex business challenges.

- Develop and fine-tune LLMs using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph for specific tasks such as text generation, summarization, and question answering.

- Integrate AI models with existing software infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models through rigorous testing, experimentation, and hyperparameter tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop implementation plans, and communicate results effectively.

- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, identifying opportunities to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into our products.

- Utilize FineReader or similar OCR technologies to extract and process information from documents for use in AI models.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, particularly in the areas of LLMs and deep learning.

- Proven experience with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph for building and managing LLM-powered applications.

- Expertise in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and experience with text data processing and analysis.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicating technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Experience with OCR technologies like FineReader for document processing and data extraction.
