- As an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Applied AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will build and deploy real-world, agentic AI/ML solutions for business clients.

- Work with stakeholders to prototype, productionize, and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into diverse business processes.

- Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and agent-based systems for knowledge management, automation, analytics, and business use cases.

- Rapidly prototype AI/ML solutions and transition proof-of-concepts into production-ready applications.

- Interface with client technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and clearly explain technical decisions.

- Research, recommend, and adopt the latest advances in applied AI, ML, and agentic frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of IT experts to deliver impactful solutions.

Must Have :

- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with progressive responsibility in AI/ML application development.

- Hands-on experience developing applications using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama).

- Experience building and productionizing agentic systems (LangChain, Autogen, or similar).

- Proficient programming skills in Python; familiarity with key ML/data libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.

- Exposure to prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and MLOps fundamentals.

- Understanding of API integration, cloud deployment, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD.

- Proven ability to work independently to scope, estimate, and deliver client-facing projects on time.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts for business alignment
