Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Developer - Python/LLM

Description :

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer to build enterprise tools that leverage AI for enhancing internal workflows. The role involves developing interactive applications for tasks such as spreadsheet summarization, HR Q&A bots, and performance engineering insight extraction, integrating backend AI pipelines, and deploying solutions on AWS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Streamlit apps for AI-assisted enterprise workflows.

- Integrate frontend components with backend Python pipelines and vector stores.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex with local LLMs.

- Package applications using Docker for deployment on AWS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust AI-powered solutions.

- Optimize applications for scalability, usability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

- Hands-on experience with Streamlit or Dash for rapid UI/application development.

- Familiarity with LLM APIs and platforms like Ollama or Hugging Face models.

- Experience integrating and querying vector databases such as Chroma, FAISS, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus / Preferred :

- Knowledge of HR workflows or performance engineering domains.

- Experience with AI model deployment and orchestration on cloud platforms.
