Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Developer - Data Modeling

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer Data Modeling to design, build, and optimize data-driven models that power intelligent systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis, with the ability to transform complex datasets into scalable and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for structured and unstructured data

- Build and optimize data models, feature engineering pipelines, and training workflows

- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model accuracy and performance

- Select appropriate algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or recommendation systems

- Validate, tune, and evaluate models using appropriate metrics

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines and storage

- Implement model monitoring, retraining, and performance tracking in production

- Document models, assumptions, and results for stakeholders

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Modeling

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation

- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques

- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
