We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Python to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycledata preprocessing, model development, training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment into production environments.

This role involves close collaboration with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent, scalable, and high-impact AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

- Implement AI pipelines using Python libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM.

- Conduct experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and model optimization.

- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, normalization, and feature extraction.

- Analyze large datasets using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or similar tools.

- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data (text, images, logs, etc.

- Design scalable feature pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams

- Package, deploy, and monitor models in production using tools like Docker, FastAPI, Flask, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, or cloud-native ML tools.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for model versioning, testing, and continuous deployment.

- Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and provide retraining strategies.

- Integrate ML models into backend services, APIs, and real-time applications.

- Build AI-driven features such as chatbots, anomaly detection, forecasting, NLP pipelines, or recommendation systems.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for ML infrastructure and automation.

- Work closely with product managers, domain experts, and software engineers to deliver business-centric AI solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, model explainability reports, and operational guidelines.

- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and statistical techniques.

- Experience with data processing using Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms : AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
