Role : AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML developer to join our team at 91hr.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning techniques, including computer vision, natural language processing, and large language models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI solutions using Python and machine learning techniques.

- Collaborate with the product and data science teams to define core AI/ML platform features.

- Research and develop cutting-edge AI/ML models and deploy them in cloud environments.

- Optimize LLM models for inference speed, memory efficiency, and resource utilization.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs for specific use cases and domain-specific tasks.

Requirements :

- 10-12 years of experience in AI/ML development.

- Expertise in large language models, NLP, and deep learning algorithms.

- Experience working with Python, AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of deploying LLM models in cloud environments and optimizing them for inference speed and memory efficiency.

- Excellent analytical and investigative skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Tech Computers & IT, MCA Computers, or M.Sc degree.

- Knowledge of image recognition, image processing, object detection, and OpenCV.

- Experience with pre-trained LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, and LLaMA
