Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled AI-MLwith a strong background in AI agent development and integration. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 9 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance our billing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop AI agents and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and optimize billing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for automated billing processes.

- Integrate AI/ML technologies with existing billing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

- Work on LLM integration to improve automated communication and customer support within billing.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to create innovative solutions.

- Utilize C# development skills to enhance existing systems and develop new features related to billing automation.

- Analyze existing billing processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.

- Conduct testing and validation of AI agent effectiveness and performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications :
