We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with deep expertise in LLM-based and agentic AI systems. This role goes beyond traditional chatbot development and focuses on designing intelligent, multi-step AI applications using prebuilt generative models.

You will act as both a hands-on developer and solution architect, responsible for building scalable AI systems, defining agent architectures, and integrating LLMs with real-world tools, APIs, and data systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI applications using prebuilt generative AI models

- Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, tool use, and memory

- Architect LLM-based systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical solutions

- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and external tools for multi-step task execution

- Develop robust application logic for efficient AI model utilization

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems

- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, especially in generative AI and APIs

- Mentor junior engineers and promote AI best practices

- Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall software development experience

- 5+ years in AI/ML development, particularly with prebuilt models

- Proven experience building LLM-based applications beyond basic chatbots

- Strong hands-on experience with agentic AI systems

- Deep understanding of Planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, and reflection in agents

- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript

- Experience with frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or custom implementations

- Experience implementing ReAct patterns, tool-calling agents, hierarchical planning, reflection loops

- Experience designing memory systems using vector databases and structured state

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines

- Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments

- Strong system design, debugging, and architecture skills

- Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor teams
