Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Python Programming

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to build scalable AI-powered applications and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.

- Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions.

- Develop intelligent automation tools, chatbots, and AI assistants.

- Work on data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

- Integrate AI models with web applications and APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

- Monitor model performance and improve system accuracy continuously.

- Research and implement the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.

- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

- Familiarity with Vector Databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

- Experience in REST APIs and backend integration.

- Understanding of NLP, embeddings, and AI model evaluation.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

- Experience building production-level AI applications.

- Knowledge of Generative AI and AI agent frameworks.

- Understanding of MLOps concepts and deployment strategies.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
