We are seeking an AI Developer with 3-4 years experience in Python, AI frameworks, and automation tools.

The role involves building agentic AI solutions that can automate business processes such as :

- Logging into portals and downloading reports,

- Intelligent document parsing and classification,

- AI-powered workflows that mimic human judgment,

- Enhancing our Loan Origination and Management Systems with AI-driven modules.

You will work closely with our Technology, Risk, and Operations teams to design, develop, and deploy production-ready automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop AI-driven automation workflows using Python, Playwright/Selenium, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

- Build solutions that can mimic human actions (clicks, keystrokes, navigation) with reasoning and adaptability.

- Integrate automation with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.

- Work on document intelligence : OCR, text extraction, KYC data verification.

- Assist in building chatbot and AI assistant modules for customers and employees.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand pain points and propose AI-first solutions.

- Ensure security, compliance, and auditability of all AI-driven automations.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, PyAutoGUI, RPA tools).

- Exposure to AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).

- Understanding of web scraping, browser automation, and REST APIs.

- Familiarity with OCR/NLP tools (Tesseract, spaCy, NLTK, transformers).

- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn new AI/automation tech.
