Artificial Intelligence Engineer - NLP/Machine Learning

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that leverage machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn AI research and data-driven insights into scalable, real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for various business applications.

- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data, optimize model performance, and evaluate results.

- Integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

- Conduct experiments to validate model performance and continuously improve algorithms.

- Research and stay current with new AI frameworks, tools, and techniques.

- Work with software engineering teams to develop APIs, microservices, and AI-driven features.

- Monitor model performance post-deployment and implement retraining or fine-tuning strategies.

- Document processes, model architectures, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn, or Keras.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools for deploying AI solutions.

- Proficiency in version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

- Knowledge of LLM (Large Language Model) fine-tuning or prompt engineering.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Background in statistics or data analytics for model validation.

- Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects.
