About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building GenAI, RAG, and Copilot solutions on Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI Service and Fabrics native AI features, collaborating closely with enterprise clients to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Copilot-based solutions on Microsoft Fabric.

- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector stores.

- Develop custom copilots, agents, and workflows using Copilot Studio.

- Implement AI workloads using Fabric Notebooks, SynapseML, and Azure AI services.

- Work with large language models (LLMs) on Azure OpenAI GPT-4, embeddings, fine-tuning etc.

- Build intelligent document-processing workflows using Azure AI Document Intelligence.

- Use tools like Semantic Kernel and LangChain for orchestration and agentic pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and present AI solutions to clients.

- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.

Technical Skills Required :

- Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4, embeddings, fine-tuning)

- Microsoft Fabric AI Skills and Copilot extensibility

- Azure AI Search for RAG, hybrid search, and vector search

- Copilot Studio for building custom copilots/agents

- Fabric Notebooks + SynapseML for AI engineering

- Azure AI Document Intelligence (OCR & document extraction)

- Semantic Kernel and/or LangChain for orchestration

- Power Platform AI Builder for low-code AI integrations

Experience & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.

- 1+ year hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem.

- Successfully delivered 2 or more production AI projects (custom copilots, RAG systems, document processing, etc.).

- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.

- Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
