About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions across business functions and products.

You will work on LLM-powered applications, agentic AI systems, and RPA bots, helping automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and create intelligent user experiences.

This is a hands-on role that blends AI development, system design, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for NLP, computer vision, recommendations, and predictive analytics.

- Build agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task execution using tools like LangChain Agents or similar frameworks.

- Develop and deploy RPA bots for workflow automation, integrating with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.

- Operationalize LLM-based applications such as chatbots, document understanding, summarization, and Q&A systems.

- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize research models.

- Build data ingestion pipelines and manage feature stores for model training/inference.

- Use LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, TorchServe for model orchestration and integration.

- Automate training, retraining, and monitoring pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow.

- Deploy models via FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes in cloud environments.

- Monitor model performance, detect drift, and ensure reliability in production.

- Document architecture, automation workflows, and deployment strategies.

Qualifications :

- Masters degree in computer science, AI/ML, or related technical field.

- 3+ years of experience in software or AI/ML development; production deployment experience is essential.

- Deep understanding of ML pipelines, agentic AI design, and automation frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting languages.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and distributed systems.

Technical Skills :

- Languages: Python, SQL, Bash

- Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers

- NLP & Agentic AI: OpenAI API, LangChain Agents, SpaCy, RAG pipelines

- RPA Tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or custom bot frameworks (Python-based)

- MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes

- Cloud Platforms: Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI

- Deployment: FastAPI, REST APIs, containerized microservices
