We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with strong foundations in applied machine learning and a passion for building and deploying production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. In this customer-facing role, you will act as a key technical expert, interfacing directly with clients to design, build, and deliver cutting-edge AI applications. This position requires a balance of deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Design & Deliver AI Solutions :

- Interact directly with enterprise customers.

- Translate business requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.

- Manage AI projects with the customer's vision in mind.

- Build long-term, trusted client relationships.

Build & Integrate Agents :

- Architect, build, and integrate intelligent agent systems.

- Automate IT functions and solve client-specific problems.

- Leverage frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph for multi-step tasks.

- Integrate custom agents into the RapidCanvas platform.

Implement LLM & RAG Pipelines :

- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Contextualize LLM behavior with client-specific data.

- Integrate AI agents with infrastructure signals such as logs and APIs.

Collaborate & Enable :

- Partner with customer data science teams.

- Work closely with internal Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Product teams.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

- Act as a Product Champion, sharing feedback to drive innovation.

Data & Model Management :

- Oversee the complete AI project lifecycle from data preprocessing and model development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Champion Best Practices :

- Write clean, maintainable Python code.

- Promote engineering best practices for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or backend systems.

- Recent exposure to LLMs or intelligent agents is required.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Proven track record in building scalable backend services/APIs.

- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (e. g., GPT, Gemini).

- Expertise in agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

- Experience with vector databases (e. g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

Customer & Communication Skills :

- Ability to engage and partner with enterprise stakeholders.

- Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.

- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of MLOps practices.

- Experience in the AI services industry or startup environments.
