Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of LLM-powered, agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing robust RAG pipelines and implementing prompt-engineering best practices. The role involves integrating and optimizing LLM APIs, crafting high-impact prompts, and architecting agentic workflows that combine retrieval, LLM generation, and external tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, FILxGPT) for scalable services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Craft, test, and refine high-impact prompts and chains, leveraging expertise in prompt engineering to drive business outcomes.

- Architect agentic workflows that combine retrieval, LLM generation, and external tools, designing scalable and efficient workflows.

- Build end-to-end RAG systems, including data ingestion, embedding/indexing, hybrid retrieval, and grounded generation, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

- Ensure model governance, including versioning, monitoring, bias/security audits, and implementing measures to prevent model drift and ensure fairness.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working on LLM/agentic systems.

- Deep expertise in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases, with a strong understanding of the underlying technologies.

- Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.

- Strong communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
