The Role :

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will design and deploy AI agents and tools in production environments. Youll work directly with customers to solve concrete problems, turning one-off solutions into scalable agent frameworks and reusable tooling. This role is about making agents actually work at scale.

What Youll Work On :

Agents at Scale (Core Focus) :

- Design and build AI agents that execute multi-step workflows reliably

- Orchestrate agents across tools, APIs, and human-in-the-loop workflows

- Turn customer-specific logic into reusable agent primitives

- Tools for Operating AI Systems

- Build internal and customer-facing tools to operate, debug, and control agents

Create systems for :

- Validation and review

- Manual intervention and overrides

- Focus on making AI behavior inspectable and predictable

Context Management at Scale :

- Design strategies to manage large and evolving context

- Decide what to retrieve, summarize, compress, or discard

- Optimize for accuracy, latency, and cost in real deployments

Forward-Deployed Work :

- Embed with customers to understand real constraints

- Deploy AI systems into production and iterate quickly

- Feed learnings back into product and platform design

What Were Looking For :

- Experience building agents, workflows, or complex automation systems

- Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity

- Hands-on experience shipping production software

- Familiarity with LLM behavior, limitations, and failure modes

- Experience with JavaScript and building simple UIs (HTML/CSS) is useful

- Experience Integrating APIs, including RESTful Services

- Strong Understanding of DOM APIs and Browser behavior.

- Bonus - Exp with Prompt engineering for LLMs and AI systems
