- Designs, builds, and configures Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Focuses on implementing conversational logic, prompt flows, and integrating agents with data sources and automation workflows.

- Works closely with the AI Architect and Power Automate Engineer to ensure agents are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Core Responsibilities :

- Configure agent dialogs, triggers, and actions in Copilot Studio.

- Implement prompt engineering and context handling.

- Integrate agents with backend systems via connectors and APIs.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data availability.

- Conduct unit testing and refine agent responses.

- Participate in sprint planning and demos.

- Document agent configurations and contribute to runbooks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in AI development.

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure AI Services, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON, Git, Azure DevOps.

- RAG, LLMs.

- Gen AI Architecture.

- Azure AI Vector, MongoDB and Postgres databases.

- TypeScript, ChatScript, and Python.

- Familiarity with FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, and retrieval optimization.

- Understanding of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.

- API design and integration architecture for AI/ML systems.

- DevOps Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, CICD, Github.

- AI education or certifications.
