About the Role :
- The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, and the ability to support end-to-end model development in a structured project environment.
- This role requires collaboration across teams, disciplined documentation, and adherence for quality and delivery assurance.
Responsibilities :
AI/ML Development :
- Build and enhance POC applications to validate the feasibility and value of proposed AI solutions.
- Utilize frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for model development and deployment.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data validation using Pandas and NumPy.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI/ML applications for performance and reliability.
Cloud & Platform Responsibilities :
- Develop and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Use Vertex AI for model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
- Integrate and leverage Google Gemini features for advanced AI functionalities.
Collaboration & Delivery :
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability.
- Support senior engineers and architects in understanding business requirements and designing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in line with processes, documentation, and
governance standards.
- Maintain clean, efficient, well-structured, and well-documented code.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Required Skills :
- Demonstrates maturity in handling structured AI development processes.
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments with clear governance and accountability.
- Shows eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to POC and production-level AI workstream.
