Job Description :

- We are proactively seeking experienced AI Engineers to join our client, for a long-term engagement.

- Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, with strong proficiency in end-to-end machine learning pipelines and modern AI frameworks.

- The role follows a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use cases.

- Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and systems.

- Conduct research on modern AI/ML techniques and propose improvements.

- Develop scalable solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Monitor, maintain, and improve model performance in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 38+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience deploying models to production environments.

- Experience with data engineering fundamentals (ETL, feature engineering).

- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, or deep learning architectures.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

- Experience with cloud-native tools (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).

- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
