Role Overview :

We are seeking a versatile AI Engineer with strong Python skills and a problem-solving mindset. The role involves building end-to-end applied AI/ML solutions - from data pipelines to agentic workflows to deployment. Youll collaborate closely with leadership and mentor junior team members while shaping the companys technical direction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and modern ML/data science libraries.

- Work with prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows to build intelligent systems.

- Develop and manage data pipelines and integrate with databases and vector databases.

- Prototype quickly and transition solutions from experimentation to production.

- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker or similar tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and solutions.

- Mentor interns and junior engineers to build a strong learning-oriented tech culture.

Requirements :

- Strong command of Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.

- Experience with databases, vector DBs, and containerization (e.g., Docker).

- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and best coding practices.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced product or startup environment is a plus.
