We are seeking a MidSenior Level AI Engineer with strong expertise in Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-based Voice Bots.

This role is at the core of building and scaling Smilo.ais AI-first solutions, enabling early detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent patient interactions in healthcare.

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing scalable AI systems and translating cutting-edge research into real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- LLMs : Design, train, and fine-tune domain-specific Large Language Models for medical/dental use cases.

- Computer Vision : Develop models for analyzing oral health imagery and detecting diseases.

- Voice AI : Build and deploy AI-powered conversational voice bots with speech recognition and TTS capabilities.

- ML Engineering : Develop robust ML pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring at scale.

- Integration : Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI into real-world healthcare applications.

- Compliance : Ensure AI solutions are accurate, reliable, and compliant with GDPR and healthcare data security standards.

Requirements :
