Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Data Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying robust Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, adept at translating complex business challenges into scalable AI models, and capable of working across the entire AI/ML lifecycle, from data acquisition to model deployment and monitoring. This role requires a deep understanding of various AI techniques, strong programming skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

AI/ML Solution Design & Development :

- Apply various machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Data Management & Preprocessing :

- Implement efficient data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and inform model development.

Model Training, Evaluation & Optimization :

- Select the most suitable models and algorithms for specific tasks and optimize hyperparameters.

- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of AI systems to ensure reliability and desired outcomes.

Deployment & MLOps :

- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

- Develop and maintain APIs for AI model integration.

Research & Innovation :

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.

- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the company.

Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Clearly articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role.

- Expert-level proficiency in at least one major programming language used for AI development, such as Python (preferred), Java, or C++.

- Extensive experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Strong understanding of core machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical modeling (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction).

- Solid knowledge of deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their applications.

- Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) for managing large datasets.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services for scalable deployment.

- Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code review.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
