Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Data Governance

MOURI Tech is seeking an innovative AI professional to elevate our enterprise Data Governance program.

We are looking for someone who can blend advanced AI/ML expertise with a deep understanding of data governance to drive automation, efficiency, and value across our data assets.

Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer with a Data Governance focus, you will design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance data governance processes, including intelligent data cataloging, metadata curation, data quality monitoring, and compliance checks.

You will collaborate with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP, into our data platforms.

Your work will ensure security, reliability, and responsible AI practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Enhance data quality, lineage, and metadata management using AI-driven approaches.

- Deploy ML models into production environments with best practices in MLOps.

- Leverage NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI for intelligent data insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into data platforms.

- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production.

- Expertise in NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).

- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.

- Familiarity with Databricks or similar big data platforms.

- Understanding of data governance concepts : lineage, metadata, and data quality
