ABOUT THE ROLE :

Ciper Analytics is hiring AI Engineers to help us build intelligent systems that transform complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with our Data and Tech teams to design and develop AI-driven components that enhance our platforms, improve decision-making, and support our growing analytics capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build AI Agents for data analysis, visualization, automation, and insights

- Develop MCP servers to seamlessly integrate LLMs with internal applications

- Create text-based insight layers over large datasets to support decision-making

- Collaborate with data & teams to deliver scalable AI solutions

- Continuously optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience building AI agents or AI-driven applications.

- Strong proficiency in Python and handling large datasets

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama), LangChain, and MCP servers

- Familiarity with vector databases, ETL pipelines, or related tools is a plus.
