About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems, building intelligent workflows for enterprise applications. This role requires strong Python programming skills, a solid understanding of AI workflows, and the ability to implement scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop autonomous AI systems and agentic workflows.

- Implement and integrate LLM-based architectures for intelligent decision-making.

- Build multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration pipelines using LangChain/LangGraph.

- Develop Python-based microservices/APIs for AI workflows and agentic systems.

- Deploy AI solutions in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

- Participate in model evaluation, testing, and validation to ensure high-quality AI performance.

- Maintain proper documentation of AI workflows, architectures, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.

- Expertise in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI systems.

- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing production-grade AI solutions.

- Ability to design and implement autonomous and scalable AI workflows.

- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries for LLM development and deployment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), or AI orchestration tools.

- Familiarity with cloud deployment, containerization, and microservice architectures.

- Understanding of AI safety, governance, and monitoring practices.

- Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, W&B, or similar frameworks.
