Job Profile : AI Engineer

AI Engineer to support the development and deployment of (autonomous agent) AI systems. This role focuses on contributing to code and solution design within a team, helping build real-world AI solutions without leading project direction.

Tasks :

- Develop, evaluate, and optimize agent strategies for real- world business challenges

- Architect and build agent flows, LLM orchestration, and multi- agent systems leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google-ADK etc.

- Develop, evaluate, and optimize agent strategies for real- world business challenges

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key opportunities for autonomous agent solutions across the organization

- Implement CI/CD, AgentOps pipelines for agent lifecycle management, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement using LLM Judge concepts and AgentOps frameworks such as MLFlow 3.0, LangFuse, etc.

- Own the full lifecycle of deployed agentic AI systems

Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors or masters in computer science or a closely related domain

- Advanced coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java, with expertise in agentic/LLM frameworks

- Deep general hand-on software engineering expertise around best-practices such as OOP or TDD

- Experience with multi-agent and LLM orchestration toolkits (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen, etc.)

- Hand-on experience with cloud deployment technologies such Docker and Kubernetes

- Proficiency with CI/CD, MLOps, AIOps (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow, prompt and agent evaluation frameworks)

- Hands-on experience in developing HTTP REST-API / serving frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, Django, Quart (in pyhon)
