Description :

We are looking for a versatile AI Engineer with strong Python programming skills and a problem-solving mindset. You will play a critical role in building applied AI/ML solutions end-to-end from data pipelines to agentic workflows to deployment. Youll also mentor interns/junior engineers and work closely with the founders to shape our technical direction.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and ML/data science libraries.

- Work with prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, and data programming.

- Develop and manage data pipelines, integrate with databases/vector databases.

- Prototype quickly in Jupyter/Pandas and productionize solutions.

- Containerize and deploy solutions using Docker.

- Collaborate with founders to deliver cutting-edge solutions to enterprise clients.

- Mentor and guide interns/junior engineers, fostering a strong learning culture.

Requirements :

- 2- 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience in data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.

- Experience with databases, vector DBs, and containerization (Docker).

- Solid computer science fundamentals.

- Experience working in fast-paced product startups is a strong plus.

- Self-starter, fast learner, and passionate about solving high-impact problems.
