About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI-driven conversational solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Kore.ais XO11 platform and cutting-edge AI technologies to create seamless chat and voice interactions that drive engagement and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai XO11 platform.

- Design and implement natural language processing (NLP) models and chatbots utilizing Dialog GPT.

- Build and optimize AI-driven applications for both chat and voice channels ensuring high accuracy and responsiveness.

- Integrate generative AI (Gen AI) features to enhance conversational capabilities and provide innovative user experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust AI solutions.

- Continuously monitor, test, and improve AI models to maintain performance and relevance.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, conversational platforms, and voice technology.

- (Nice to have) Incorporate Search AI technologies to enhance information retrieval and user interaction within conversational agents.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience working with Kore.ai XO11 platform, including bot development, configuration, and deployment.

- Strong experience using Dialog GPT for building intelligent conversational agents.

- Hands-on expertise in designing AI solutions for both chat-based and voice-based interaction channels.

- Experience with generative AI (Gen AI) features and their practical applications in conversational AI.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Search AI technologies to enhance search capabilities within AI-driven applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integrations.

- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and NLP libraries.
