You will be a vital part of the AI efforts, working in a cross-functional international Agile team with world-class data scientists, engineers, product managers, and leaders located in multiple locations around the world.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement AI strategies that align with company objectives.

- Apply a mixture of LLM model , RAG Pipelines with advanced machine learning algorithms scalable to huge data sets

- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions

- Work closely with the development and product teams to implement these algorithms into production-level software

- Be active technical challenger for other colleagues in the team, for the purpose of mutual improvement and broadening of team knowledge

Skills :

- Masters or equivalent degree in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics

- Experience in creating RAG Pipelines or similar Text to SQL

- Experience in Developing production grade Graph RAG Pipelines and agent workflow

- Experience in prompt engineering

- Experience in working and deploying Open Source LLM Models

- Experience of different Embedding models

- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in other languages like Java or C++.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML services.

- Knowledge in machine learning frameworks and libraries

- Good Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks

- Experience with MLOps Pipeline

- Ability to explain complicated topics in efficient and simple way

- Good documentation and communication skills
