We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with the ability to build, train, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.

- Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

- Build, optimize, and deploy AI solutions for production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and applications.

- Research and experiment with new AI/ML techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Document and present technical solutions, model performance, and findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.

- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.

- Experience with data handling, preprocessing, and visualization (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML model deployment is a plus.

- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, or MLOps frameworks is an advantage.
