We are seeking a highly experienced and confident AI Lead Developer to spearhead our AI projects from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on AI solutions for international clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills, a polished professional presence, and strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of AI projects, from conceptualization and architecture to implementation and deployment.

- Collaborate with international clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.

- Architect scalable, efficient, and robust AI models and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the AI development team.

- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and project delivery timelines.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest AI trends, techniques, and tools, continuously bringing innovative ideas to projects.

- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating project progress and impact.

- Ensure all AI models and systems meet security, compliance, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of AI projects delivered from scratch.

- Proven experience working with international clients and global teams.

- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or related AI fields.

- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and managing complex projects.

- Confidence, professionalism, and a polished demeanor to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
