Artificial Intelligence Architect - LLM/LangChain

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI systems powered by multi-agent architectures.

This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in AI governance, system design, and enterprise integration, ensuring robust performance, compliance, and security across AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architecture & System Design :

- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems for complex enterprise use cases

- Build scalable architectures using RAG pipelines and LLM-based frameworks

- Define best practices for agent orchestration and workflow automation

- Develop reusable, modular AI components for enterprise applications

2. AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation :

- Implement orchestration frameworks for coordinating multiple AI agents

- Design intelligent workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, and enterprise systems

- Optimize performance, latency, and cost across AI pipelines

3. Governance, Security & Compliance :

- Establish AI governance frameworks and guardrails

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards

- Implement monitoring, logging, and audit mechanisms for AI systems

4. DevOps / AgentOps :

- Drive CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and lifecycle management

- Implement AgentOps practices including monitoring, observability, and versioning

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance of AI systems

5. Enterprise Integration :

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data systems

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for end-to-end deployment

- Align AI architecture with business and technology strategy

6. Leadership & Strategy :

- Lead AI architecture decisions and provide technical direction to teams

- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI system design

- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging AI technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in AI/ML architecture and solution design

Hands-on expertise in :

- Multi-agent systems

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- LLM frameworks and orchestration tools

- Workflow automation

Experience with :

- DevOps / MLOps / AgentOps practices

- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- API integrations and microservices architecture

Strong understanding of :

- AI security, guardrails, and governance

- Data privacy and compliance frameworks

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

Good to Have :

- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI

- Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- Experience working on enterprise-scale AI deployments
