We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet Developer to design, develop, and maintain Smartsheet solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and collaboration across business functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Smartsheet configuration, workflow automation, and integration capabilities, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Smartsheet solutions including sheets, dashboards, reports, and forms.

- Develop and maintain workflow automations using Smartsheet Automation features and integrations.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

- Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing Smartsheet assets to meet evolving business needs.

- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data quality standards.

- Provide documentation, training, and user support to ensure adoption and proper usage.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Hands-on experience in Smartsheet configuration, automation, and dashboard/report development.

- Strong understanding of workflow design, business processes, and operational efficiency.

- Experience with Smartsheet APIs or integrations (preferred).

- Excellent attention to usability, data integrity, and solution quality.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to third-party integrations (Zapier, Power Automate, Workato, etc.

- Experience with enterprise-scale Smartsheet deployments.

- Knowledge of IT governance and data security frameworks
