Description :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong technical and analytical capabilities to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. If you enjoy translating workflows into structured, scalable solutions and have experience working across CRM, web, and mobile product ecosystems, this role is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, process mapping, and system analysis for new and existing features.

- Translate business needs into detailed technical documentation, including FSDs, SRS, BRDs, API specifications, and workflow diagrams.

- Work closely with cross-functional teamsdesign, development, architecture, and QAto ensure solution clarity and delivery alignment.

- Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, validating functionality, and ensuring high-quality deployments.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in software development or enterprise technology projects.

- Strong understanding of APIs, data models, integration workflows, and system architecture fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and other documentation or prototyping tools.

- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into structured, actionable solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with expertise in documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or multi-platform ecosystems (web + mobile).

- Ability to create wireframes, process maps, and user journey diagrams.
