We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in WebDriver IO and JavaScript to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, maintaining, and optimizing automation test suites for mobile and web applications. Role will be critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software through comprehensive automation and manual testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize end-to-end automation test suites using WebDriver IO and JavaScript.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Design and implement automation frameworks tailored for mobile and web applications, improving overall test efficiency and reliability.

- Execute manual regression testing, design detailed test cases, log defects in Jira, and provide clear, concise test reports.

- Develop automation scripts for regression, smoke, and visual testing.

- Investigate test failures, diagnose root causes, and work towards prompt resolution.

- Maintain and update test documentation; promote best practices in automation testing across the team.

- Identify, document, and debug defects encountered during testing phases.

Required Skills :

- Good exposure to Payments domain.

- Strong proficiency in WebDriver IO and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with test automation frameworks/tools such as Appium ,Mocha, Chai and Playwright.

- Hands-on knowledge of version control systems like Git, GitHub, and GitLab.

- Familiarity with cross-browser testing, including Browser Stack, and testing on Android/iOS platforms.

- Experience integrating automation tests within CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
