We are seeking experienced Python / Machine Learning Engineers to design, build, and deploy ML solutions in production environments. The role involves working on NLP, image processing, OCR, and advanced machine learning models using modern frameworks and open-source technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world use cases.

- Work on NLP-based solutions, including text preprocessing, embeddings, and transformer-based models.

- Design and implement solutions for image processing, image classification, and OCR.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation for text and image datasets.

- Leverage open-source ML frameworks and pretrained models to accelerate development.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.

- Document model architecture, experiments, and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as :

1. scikit-learn

2. TensorFlow

3. PyTorch

4. OpenCV

5. Tesseract

- Proven experience developing and deploying ML models in production.

- Strong understanding of NLP concepts (tokenization, embeddings, transformers, etc.).

- Experience in image processing, image classification, and OCR use cases.

- Familiarity with open-source ML models and frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
