What You'll Do :

- Build and develop mathematical models for game mechanics and features.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to successfully implement game algorithms.

- Analyze game data to determine efficient configurations and outcomes.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless integration of mathematical models.

- Build simulations to test and validate game mechanics.

- Provide insights to improve game performance and player engagement.

- Develop documentation for mathematical models and algorithms.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to game mathematics.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of game build processes.

- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on guidelines.

- Keep informed about developments and innovations in game mathematics.

What We're Looking For :

- Two or more years of experience in game mathematics or a related area.

- Proven expertise in crafting and developing mathematical models.

- Strong expertise in probability and statistics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Robust data analytical skills.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar.

- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.

- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.

- A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related area.
