Job Title : ARIS Technical Consultant

Experience : 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Dashboard Creation : Design and implement interactive dashboards within the ARIS platform to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

- Portal Customization : Customize the ARIS portal's look and feel to enhance user experience and ensure consistency with corporate branding.

- Data Feed Development : Develop and maintain data feeds to ensure seamless integration between ARIS and other enterprise systems.

- Configuration Management : Manage and optimize configuration sets to align with organizational requirements and best practices.

- Database Privileges : Manage database privileges to ensure appropriate access levels for users and applications.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ARIS platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Backup and Restore : Implement and manage backup and restore procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.

- Disaster Recovery (DR) : Design, implement, and maintain disaster recovery plans for the ARIS system to ensure availability and continuity in case of system failures.

- Audit Queries : Conduct regular audit queries and provide reports to clients to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.

- Implementation : Lead the end-to-end implementation of ARIS solutions, from initial planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.

Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Software AG ARIS.

- Proficiency in dashboard creation and data feed development.

- Experience in managing configuration sets and customizing portal interfaces.

- Strong understanding of user administration, rights management, and database privileges.

- Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing backup and restore operations.

- Hands-on experience with disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution for ARIS systems.

- Familiarity with conducting audit queries and generating compliance reports for clients.

- Proven experience in implementing ARIS solutions, including full project lifecycle involvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
