Description :
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Perform system monitoring, issue tracking, and escalation management.
- Support user administration, role management, and system configuration changes.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Work with SAP/Ariba support teams to resolve complex issues or system bugs.
- Assist in testing and deployment of enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
- Prepare support documentation, FAQs, and user training materials.
- Ensure adherence to change management and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP Ariba application support.
- Strong understanding of Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting system issues, configurations, and workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with Ariba (CIG / PI / middleware) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- SAP Ariba certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
- Exposure to global support environments and multi-region deployments.
