We are seeking an experienced Ariba Functional Consultant to support and drive Ariba enhancement initiatives across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation. This role requires strong functional expertise (not L2 support) with hands-on experience in Ariba modules and SAP MM integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a functional lead for Ariba enhancement requests and change initiatives

- Collaborate with business users to understand procurement and sourcing requirements

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams

- Drive end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Ariba modules

- Perform functional configuration, testing, and validation activities

- Support integration between SAP MM and Ariba (P2P, sourcing, contracts)

- Participate in UAT, defect resolution, and production support as required

- Provide user guidance, documentation, and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Ariba Functional Consultant

- Strong expertise in the following Ariba modules :

1. Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)

2. Ariba Sourcing

3. Ariba Contracting

4. Ariba Catalogs (Hosted and PunchOut)

- Solid understanding of SAP MM integration with Ariba

- Experience coordinating between business and technical teams

2. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
