ARi Global Solutions - Senior Backend Developer - Java

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring WebFlux, Reactive
Programming and AWS to build scalable, event-driven backend services for our Dynamic Service Options
platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build REST APIs and microservices using Spring WebFlux / Reactive Spring.

- Design and implement scalable and secure solutions on AWS.

- Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills :

- Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor

- Spring Security / OAuth2

- PostgreSQL, R2DBC, jOOQ, Flyway

- AWS Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, S3, ECS, Aurora, IAM

- REST, OpenAPI 3, Docker, Git, CI/CD

- JUnit 5, Mockito, Reactor Test

- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, asynchronous processing and event-driven architecture

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
