We are seeking talented Argus Business Analysts to join our Business Enablement team. The ideal candidate will work on Argus Safety configuration, ServiceNow integration, and database management using SQL/PLSQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system configuration, process optimization, and compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Relevant 3 - 8 years of experience required

- Lead Argus Safety configuration and customization projects.

- Design and implement ServiceNow integrations for business processes.

- Develop and optimize PLSQL scripts for data migration and reporting.

- Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Argus Safety application and pharmacovigilance workflows.

- Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM processes.

- Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.

- Relevant experience in Argus configuration and business analysis.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in drug safety is a plus.
