As the Vice President of Data & Analytics, you will serve as the strategic architect and executive leader responsible for shaping the enterprise-wide data vision.

This role requires a transformative leader who can operationalize data as a competitive assetdesigning future-ready data platforms, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, and aligning data capabilities with business growth objectives.

You will lead global teams, modernize data infrastructure, and enable advanced analytics and intelligence for internal and client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and champion the enterprise-wide data strategy, ensuring tight alignment with business imperatives and client delivery models.

- Architect and oversee the implementation of modern, scalable, and secure data platforms leveraging Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.

- Lead the development of robust, cloud-native data pipelines and advanced engineering solutions that support real-time analytics and enterprise scalability.

- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Power BI and other analytics tools to democratize insights and accelerate decision-making.

- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to embed data solutions into products, services, and operational frameworks.

- Establish and enforce data governance, stewardship, and compliance protocols across the data lifecycle.

- Build, inspire, and scale a world-class team of data engineers, architects, and BI professionals across geographies.

- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and continuous improvement in data capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience :

15+ years of progressive leadership in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics strategy, preferably within professional services, consulting, or technology organizations.

Deep domain expertise in :

- Microsoft Fabric.

- Azure Data Services Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Azure SQL, etc.

- Power BI including enterprise-scale deployments, data modeling, and embedded analytics.

- Data Architecture enterprise modeling, metadata management, data mesh/lakehouse concepts.

- Data Engineering batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming, orchestration, and automation.

- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing global teams and delivering data platforms supporting multimillion-dollar business initiatives.

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of analytics use cases across industries.

- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, and change management skills.

- Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and creating business value through data.
